Our Wellbeing Support Group ‘Headspace’ continues to run in the college this year.
For those of you who are not aware of it, it is a group which runs on a Monday morning during form time in ‘The Hub’.
The aim of the group is to provide support for any pupils who are struggling with anxiety, stress, isolation, confidence, friendship issues, and many others besides.
We provide a safe space where pupils can talk, share and build up a tool kit of practical strategies to help better manage these issues. It is not a therapy group or counselling, but rather a support group. It is very relaxed and informal.
